If you do not agree to any of these terms you shall stop using any of the services of this platform. These guidelines are applicable to all users. We reserve the right to make any changes to any sections of these terms at any time without any notice in our sole discretion. We encourage you to periodically review the terms to stay informed of our updates.
REFUND OR RETURN
All custom printed merchandise sales are final. You shall not be entitled for a return or refund or exchange under any circumstances.
ART APPROVAL OR ORDER PROOFING
All artwork is subjected to review and approval from the customer prior to production. We will send you a digital mockup through electronic mail. Ensure to check the artwork for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of the artwork before sending us your confirmation of approval. We will not be held responsible for any errors notified after customer approval. Any changes requested past approval are completed under your responsibility and additional costs may incur. Be aware that delay in the approval of artwork mock-up longer than 24 hours and modifications requested after the approval can push back the product shipment.
SCREENS
Please understand that we do not charge any set up fees or screen fees. But be mindful that we will use the same set of screens per design ordered which implies the graphic will print the exact same size, no matter the size of the item we are printing on. If you would like to have different screen sizes for different item sizes, please let us know beforehand. Each set of screens will be considered in a different order, with pricing and minimums charged accordingly. Be sure to keep the max imprint sizes in consideration when printing girl and youth sized shirts.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally some items may be out of stock with our suppliers as all the garments are ordered after the order is placed by the customer. While we endeavor to constantly check on items which we know might have potential stock issue we cannot be held responsible for any items that are out of stock. In this event we will do our best to find you possible replacements and will proceed further only after you approve the item.
RETURNED CHECKS
If a check is returned for any reason client will be charged an additional amount of $30.00
GARMENT DISCLAIMER
We assume no responsibility and make no guarantee regarding garment manufacturing defects namely color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled sizes, presence of dirt or stains, neps or knots or holes in the garment because we do not construct them. We attempt to tackle as many of these issues as we print them, but we cannot guarantee the quality of every single garment. However, we strongly propose ordering 5% extra for each size if you need a specific number of exact sizes. Due to the nature of over-dying garments by some manufacturers we do not withhold any liability to the color consistency of garments. If you have any questions about the risk of over-dying on a garment that you are proceeding with or would like more information or alternative print methods, please contact us prior to ordering. We will make every effort to give you the necessary information to help you avoid this issue.
GARMENT SELECTION AND SUBJECTIVITY
It shall be understood that for custom orders we purchase and supply garments. Wherefore we regard you to do the needful research on the garments prior to order placement. We do suggest ordering of sample garment before order placement if garment selection is regarded sensible as digital depiction or mockup of the garment will only be the closest approximation. Hence ordering a sample can reduce your confusion. You acknowledge that subjectivity, or whether you like the garment you chose is under your complete responsibility. You are also liable for knowing and understanding the terms and conditions of the company whose garments you chose to purchase. However, we always assure print quality. You are welcome to check out our samples in the showroom. Please be advised that we do not always have every single sample present in the showroom .
MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
We assume no responsibility and make no guarantee regarding garment manufacturing defects including any minor, major or critical defects as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled sizes, presence of dirt or stains, neps or knots or holes in the garment, mislabeled sizes, or dye lots etc. Please be aware that we count and inspect them bulk as packed by the manufacturer and not as individual garments. We are not liable for distributor defects such as mis shipments. Note that in events like these production, delays are expected until we receive all garments. We strongly suggest you order more garments than needed for each size. All additional garments will be included in the print run, and we will charge you for what is printed.
SHIPPING
Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, as applicable by the best method possible. We do not hold any responsibility for any shipment delays caused by the carrier, including the risk of loss of package. We assume no liability once your product has left our facility. We will not be responsible for shipping to the wrong address provided by you. We are not liable for any shipment issue caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural calamities or sudden change in government rules or regulations.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER AFTER PAYMENT
You acknowledge that any change made to your order not because of a stock issue by the stock suppliers will be bound by a change fee of $50.00 along with the additional costs required to make the change. Please be advised that this will push back the production shipment further even if a rush fee is paid or a deadline is provided. Be positive about your order before placing it as changes can be costly for both parties.
TURNAROUND TIME
Please understand that our standard turnaround time is 10 business days or two to three weeks after the approval process. The turn time for bulk order will be longer further. Please contact us for that detail. Services like relabeling may extend our TAT. Be advised that we do rush our TAT for orders that are needed earlier with rush charges applied.
Refunds, quantity, and prices are subjected to any change any time and is fully reserved to the sole discretion of arisecustomprint.com
