Welcome to Arise Custom Print

By accessing or using http://arisecustomprint.com, placing an order, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These Terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales of custom-printed merchandise are final.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
    • This includes, but is not limited to:
      • Incorrect sizes
      • Colors
      • Design preferences
      • Change of mind

Art Approval & Order Proofing

  • All artwork must be reviewed and approved by the customer prior to production.
  • A digital mockup will be sent via email for approval.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying:
    • Spelling and grammar
    • Colors
    • Sizes ordered
    • Artwork placement
    • Overall design accuracy
  • Once artwork is approved:
    • Arise Custom Print is not responsible for any errors discovered afterward.
    • Any changes requested after approval are the customer’s responsibility and may incur additional charges.
  • Approval delays beyond 24 hours may result in delayed production and shipping timelines.

Screens & Print Sizing

  • No setup or screen fees will be charged. However:
    • The same screen size is used across all garment sizes within a single design.
    • Artwork will print at the same size regardless of garment size.
    • Requests for different screen sizes must be made before ordering and will be treated as separate orders with separate pricing and minimums.
  • Customers are responsible for considering maximum imprint sizes, especially for youth and women’s garments.

Out-of-Stock Items

  • Garments are ordered after the customer places an order. Occasionally, items may become unavailable.
  • We are not responsible for supplier stock shortages.
  • If an item is unavailable, we will offer suitable alternatives.
  • Production will proceed only after customer approval of replacements.

Returned Checks

  • Any returned or rejected check will result in a $30.00 returned check fee, charged to the client.

Garment Disclaimer

  • Arise Custom Print does not manufacture garments and therefore assumes no liability for manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
    • Color inconsistencies
    • Stitching defects
    • Mislabeled sizes
    • Stains, dirt, holes, neps, or knots
    • Dye lot variations
  • Garments are inspected in bulk, not individually. We strongly recommend ordering 5% extra per size to account for potential defects or inconsistencies.
  • Over-dyed garments may experience color variation, for which we assume no responsibility. Please consult us prior to ordering if you have concerns.

Garment Selection & Subjectivity

  • Customers are responsible for researching and selecting garments.
  • Digital mockups are approximations only.
  • We recommend ordering samples before placing large or sensitive orders.
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with garment feel, fit, or appearance is not grounds for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for understanding the garment manufacturer’s policies.

While we guarantee print quality, garment satisfaction remains the customer’s responsibility.

Manufacturer & Distributor Defects

  • We are not responsible for:
    • Manufacturer defects
    • Distributor shipping errors or shortages
    • Dye lot variations
  • Production delays may occur if garments arrive incomplete or defective. Customers are encouraged to order extra garments to avoid shortages. All printed garments will be charged accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery 

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage once items leave our facility.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:
    • Natural disasters
    • Government regulations
    • Carrier disruptions

Order Changes After Payment

  • Any changes made after payment (excluding supplier stock issues) are subject to:
    • A $50.00 change fee, plus any additional costs incurred.
    • Extended production timelines, even if rush service was originally purchased.
  • Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is 10 business days to 2–3 weeks after artwork approval.
  • Bulk orders and specialty services (e.g., relabeling) may require additional time.
  • Rush services are available for an extra fee but do not guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Changes, Renewal & Modification of Terms

  • Arise Custom Print reserves the exclusive right to:
    • Modify prices, quantities, turnaround times, refund policies, and service terms at any time.
    • Update or renew these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  • The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
